Thursday, July 24 ... We started the day with a brief bus tour of Vienna, going to see some of the points of interest further away from the city centre.

We then met 'Harold' (a city tour guide) who gave us a detailed walking tour of city centre Vienna.  The most prominent building we visited was the Imperial Palace - Hofburg.

Later in the afternoon we spent time at Wurstelplater ... the oldest amusement park in the world.  It was a ton of fun trying many of the gut wrenching roller coaters and the huge, world famous, ferris wheel.
